    HR/Employee Relations Specialist 

    The HR/Employee Relations Specialist will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with Human Resources and management teams to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to  management and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of three years of relevant HR experience is required. PHR or CP certification is preferred.

    HR Analyst / Professional Recruiter  

    This position coordinates all recruitment activities and programs for UHS Hospitals' in a collaborative, professional, and timely manner. Adequately provides necessary communication, action and follow-up to ensure that both internal and external customers receive excellent service. Develops and maintains professional relationships in the community; and partnerships with the UHS Hospitals management staff through effective consultation on strategic and operational issues pertaining to recruitment efforts. Customers served include all UHS Hospitals' divisions, other UHS Hospitals' employees, and all external applicants. The successful candidate will be outgoing, energetic, and have demonstrated evidence of highly-developed listening and interpersonal skills as well as good problem solving skills. Must have an understanding of non-discrimination laws and how the laws apply to the employment function. Must have working knowledge of the principles and techniques of conducting interviews. Experience with behavioral based interviewing techniques is preferred. Must have experience in managing multiple high priority tasks simultaneously in a high volume, fast paced environment. Experience recruiting in a healthcare organization is a plus.  Bachelors degree with a minimum of three (3) years of HR experience required.  Experience using Microsoft Office applications is required. Experience with online applicant tracking systems and HRIS experience is preferred.  PHR certificate is preferred.
